I am new to workflow , we have workflow configured in such a way that if the confirmation is created in a PO than work flow is triggered. I have the workflow name as z******* where can I check this workflow. Please let me know.

In our company the FIORI PR approval app has been configured by a third party vendor and they configured the workflow too. They mentioned that, for different roles, different workflows need to be created separately.
We have so many dept. heads to approve a PR's in Fiori App. So is it necessary to create different workflows to approve a PR, based on roles and authorizations or single workflow is enough to maintain them all???
[I am not sure, whether to raise the question in Workflow or in Fiori. So kindly excuse]

I have scheduled a job by creating a variant for the program RSWUWFML2. with this i am sending the work items of sap workflow to lotus mail as reminders.
But now my requirement is can we send document messages of SAP inbox,read documents or unread documents(information messages which can be created by sendmailstep in workflow or generated by functional modules) to lotus mail.
till now i am sending only work items to lotus as reminders but now i have to send information messages also.
is there any configuration required in variant of above programe.
without using extendended notifications configurations,can we send?

We are implementing HANA. Our original dev client is RD0-110 and it is being upgraded to HANA. So, we had to create a support path and created a client RD1-110 that mirrored RD0-110.
I have a WF that was started in RD0 and now I must support PROD via RD1. I had to create new tasks and steps in RD1 and manually added these same steps to RD0 client. The only thing different is, these new steps/tasks do not exist in RD0 with the "same numbers ranges".
So my question is, when we switch back to the original dev client, RD0, these new steps/tasks will not exist QA/Prod with same numbers for the steps/tasks. Will this be an issue or will the transport system resolve?

i have designed workflow where i have the user decision reject or release or Cancel.
if the user clicks on RELEASE before the release, a check should happen if the Budget exceeds.
if budget exceeds i want the error message to issued and the PR should not get released.
since am new to workflow i appreciate your help.

We have an IDOC configuration for creating PO confirmations, when I check the relationships in the PO I can see a lot of IDOC nos but only one IDOC exist in WE05, please suggest what are these idoc nos and why only one IDOC actually exist.
Among all these IDOC nos only first three exist in WE05.

I noticed that when using FIPP.CHANGE there is no change document written to the preposting (usually visible when choosing menu Environment.. Changes) despite the system using a call transaction when calling the Change method.
Anyone has a solution for this? Seems very strange that any change to the preposting should go unlogged just because it was made from the workflow..

I am beginner in workflow. Created customized work flow for cv02n Tcode for sending mails. with reference to sample workflow for purchase orer given in website.
followed below steps.
Create a new business object with reference to DRAW.
Create Events , created template using pfnc_ins.
In Activated BADI DOCUMENT_MAIN01.
Method : BEFORE_SAVE call the FM SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT and sy-subrc becomes intial.
Created method in swo1
in SWDD created new step
e. In „Task Properties‟, set the attribute of „Agent Assignment‟ as „General Task‟ by clicking red button next to it
After following step e. my task complete not becomes green.

Hi,
Our security team has accidentally deleted a user(User A) from production system.
Now, what happens to all those work items which were pending with that user A.
Will they still appear in her inbox?(I don't think so).
When checking in SWI5, I am not seeing any pending workitem on her name. But when talked to user A, she had many work items in her inbox.
What should be the approach to know about pending work items of user A and is there a way to restore them for her?

When i try to change the layout in sap inbox workplace at workflow task level but i am not able to see the 'CREATED BY' column name in the layout display section while other user able to see that option ,we checked role and authorization with user who's able to see that column in their layout .
When we try to apply the layout which have 'CREATED BY' column but still it is not visible in my sap workflow inbox .
Please suggest.

Hi,
I have created a sample workflow and mentioned start event in basic data from a custom BO and activated it.
My custom BO has key field workitem id, for which i am passing GUID(some key)
Now when i try to trigger workflow through SWE_EVEN_CREATE from custom FM, workflow is not triggering.
can u please tell me where to check for the logs and what could be the reason.

Hi, I work in this moment with the workflow for change personal data of employee, with the BO object PERSDATA, but recently the system send a error Nº mensaje: WL821 and Nº mensaje: SWF_EXP_001073 like others errors.
Seems that the object PERSDATA don't contains any information.

I request your inputs/help for issue I am facing with terminating events in Dialog Task.
I have a requirement for PS workflow for claim review and approval. The scenario is like: Once the claim notification gets generated in CLM1 a workflow should get triggered and be routed to Reviewer. Reviewer would change the status of notification to ZREV and user status would be updated in JEST as E0001 and should get routed to Approver and he would make the status to ZAPR and E0002 in JEST.
However I am stuck with terminating event. I am giving the event from BOR BUS7050 but it never gets raised and my task remains InProcess always 
Please suggest a solution. Your helpful inputs would be appreciated and rewarded. Thanks !!

transaction to trigger the webdynpro from UWL up to now its working fine.

Hi All,
I am facing the below issue -
On changing the order from IW32 ( requirement quantity field), a new workflow should be triggered. For any change to this field, a workflow should be triggered.
Now I checked the trace, but found that there is no event triggered for the same. Now I have created a new event in custom bor object ZBUS2007 -
Event Name - BUS2007.QuantityChanged. and used the parameter in this event as shown in the screenshot.
Also, I have maintained this event in the Start events of the workflow and completed the binding. My event is active ( green) now. Also, in swetypv, the event linkage is checked.
Now I am trying to add a new entry for this event in SWEC - on change. When i do the same, and go in the field restrictions tab, it is giving the error - Table RESBD not used for change document object ORDER.
What should I do here ?

I have this workflow to trigger mail for t code ME31L/ME32L. Everything is working fine in our development system but in QA workflow is not triggering for any change in PO. im using BUS2012 CHANGED event for same but the moment i make any change and save PO start evcent gets deactivated automatically. FYI, i mapped EVT_OBJKEY of event container with a EBELN (workflow container). Also, i checked SWEC for event linkages and that is fine.
please advise.
