I have a challence concerning WF for QN-notifications.
We have several WFs linked to Q-notifications, and we use reminders at deadline, deadline + 1 week and +2 weeks.
The deadline is registered in the WF at the creation of the WF and it's not updated if the deadline is changed in the notification at a later stage. This means that the user might get a reminder that the item is overdue even if it's not.
This isn't wanted, so I need to find a way to change the deadlines in the WF if updated in the notification.
I've got some FM's to locate and update the deadlines in the WF's, but I need the trigger.
When looking at change documents in the notification it looks like all changes are with type MELDUNG.
For the notification it's no problem. I've created an event and linked it with the change doc obj MELDUNG and the field limitation, and it triggers as wanted if the deadline is changed.
The problem is for the tasks (where the change of deadlines are more frequent). When going to SWEC to set up the linking I get a warning that MELDUNG isn't compatible with QMSM, and if setting it up the event doesn't trigger.
My question is is anybody knows how to trigger an event for a change in field QMSM-PETER, or if there is another way to solve this.
