Hi all, I meet a troublesome issue.
When 'Saved' event of a document is triggered, system will start the workflow. But, my workflow can't be triggered sometimes.
1) If we save the document in the CRM Portal，the workflow can't be triggered very frequently.
2) If we save the document in the CRM GUI，the workflow works well in most of the time.
I got some help from SAP, they said:
The error "The value of the left operand cannot be determined" usuall means there is an update issue on the side of the event because the customer is using object attributes in the condition and the data of the object instance has not been saved to the database by the time the event is raised. The event needs to be raised at the very end of the update task.
And I have used event queue. For the past 1 year, the workflow had worked very well. But recently, the system performance declines due to new business workload, and the error is very frequent for the past 1 month.
So, anybody could give me some good solution, thanks in advance.
